About Coastwise RaDio

Coastwise Radio formed in a living room in East Boston in 2023. Since then we’ve been building a collection of songs we love to play from the genres of bluegrass, folk, Americana, and country. Powerful vocal harmonies from singers Caroline Lee and Tamsen Evans form the foundation of the band’s sound, with Dirk Walther closing out the backline with driving bass lines. Veteran fiddle- and dobro-player Dave Medvitz serves up tasteful Americana-lines backed by a dynamic guitar duo consisting of Ben Gardner and Oeystein Brekk.
